Balamurugan |
Balamurugan is a Bachelor in Education (Special Education) and works with the Primary group. He is excellent in managing hyperactive and children with maladaptive behavior. In a short span of time he has trained five boys in activities such as washing their clothes, cleaning their plates, and grooming. This has helped to discipline the children. |

Ginifa |
Ginifa is a Bachelor in Education (Special Education) and works with the Early Intervention group. Her motherly demeanor enables her to work with the children who yearn for warmth and love. In the Early Intervention group, only eight children could feed themselves. Within a short span of time, Ginifa has enabled 14 children to feed themselves. She has done laudable work to enable the non-verbal children to communicate through gestures. |

Malini Babu |
A Bachelor in Physiotherapy, Malini Babu is a dedicated person. Her result-oriented therapy, punctuality and involvement in the work are laudable. When she provides therapy for the children, she talks to them and motivates them to interact and communicate with her. This improves the child’s co-operation in the therapy. The child also learns to socialize and respond to situations. |

Susila amma |
Susila amma (mother) has been with Sri Arunodayam since 2003. At 60, she is energetic and goes about her work as a care giver with ease. She is in charge of the infant unit, which requires constant care. The compassion and dedication she exhibits in feeding, cleaning and caring for the children is beyond words. She works from 6 am to 10 pm. If children cry during the night, she wakes up, tends to their needs and then goes back to bed. All without a grumble! When children are hospitalized, she insists on staying in the hospital with them to care for them till they are discharged. A pillar of support indeed! |
